3. Orders


  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted.
  • Please double-check all details before submitting your order, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing begins.
  • By purchasing, you confirm that items are for personal use only and not for resale.


4. Prices & Payments



  • All prices are shown in GBP (£). Shipping, customs, and taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

  • Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. Customised wigs may require an additional 1–3 business days for processing.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs, couriers, or factors outside our control.
  • Once items are handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to you.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

 

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once hair has been removed from its original packaging, worn, dyed, cut, bleached, or altered in any way.
