Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing time: 1–3 business days (for order confirmation and preparation).
• Standard delivery: 7–14 business days.
• Customised wigs/services: If you have selected additional customisation (bleaching knots, plucking, colouring, wig making, etc.), please allow an extra 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Rates

• UK orders:
  
• £10.00 for orders under £400.
• Free shipping for orders £400 and above.

• £15.00 flat rate (7–14 business days).

• International orders: Calculated at checkout.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
